About Valo Uno

Valo Uno brings together local businesses that perform services in the home. Every provider has its own page with services, prices, coverage area and reviews from customers who booked through Valo Uno.

Prices are set by the provider and shown before you book. There are no hidden fees: the price you see is the price charged when the provider accepts the booking.

Valo Uno is operated by Valo Sverige AB, company registration number 559534-2246, based in Strängnäs, Sweden. Valo Uno is the platform; the job is always carried out by the business you book.

You choose a service, a provider and a time. Your card is saved at booking but charged only once the provider has accepted. Cancelling before that costs nothing.

The provider is paid after the job is done and you have had 24 hours to confirm or report a problem. Card details are handled by our payment partner Stripe and are never stored by Valo Uno.

Some jobs are priced only after a request. The business then gives a fixed price that you approve before anything is charged.

A business that wants to take bookings applies with its company details and is reviewed by Valo before its profile can be booked. Such providers show the label Verified.

Some profiles were created by Valo from public information about businesses that have not yet joined Valo Uno. They are labelled Listed by Valo, are not verified, and their prices are Valo's estimate (shown with "ca"), not prices the business has set.

You can send a request to such a business. Valo contacts the business, which itself confirms whether and at what price the job can be done. Nothing is charged until you have approved a price.

A business that wants to take over its profile, or have it removed, contacts us through the support form. We handle such requests promptly.

Only customers who have completed a booking through Valo Uno can leave a review, and only one per booking. Valo writes no reviews of its own and never shows ratings from other websites.
